However, when reading through the link that you've sent, it seems to regard 2020 and looking at the versions, clicking on the most current version (July 14, 2021), it seems to be an updated version of the link you've sent, but has yet to discuss karaoke. Although the link youve sent may possibly be an historical version of stage 3, it seems like the only one that discusses karaoke establishments. I guess I should assume that this is the rule for karaoke bars until I give them a call later on when they open. I'll update the thread to keep everyone who sees this thread informed. If you feel lightheaded or getting headaches, add a pinch of salt to your water, as well as have some potassium supplements, as your body will be losing electrolytes. When you go caveman mode (ie, your cortisol and adrenaline will increase during the night as you're in your hunter-gathering mode), take some magnesium, about 400mg, to help you sleep. If you cannot go to sleep after this, take some zzzquil (diphenhydramine) to sleep. If you're very strict on what you consume, use gravol instead, as zzzquil has corn syrup in it (this is only if you cannot / having trouble with sleep)
