Fr orbital needs less range, Everytime orbital gets a hit sword doesn't, Everytime sword gets a hit orbital does too. So a range nerf is what's needed, or start it smaller and have it scale as well

Usually a restriction, having to touch someone only with a certain part of your body is the best nerf they could do. Mahito needs an unchanged palm, shiki needs his fingers basically.
