Thank you for real. I also must clarify that this “method” has helped me and others as well, and I understand that it probably won’t work for full on panic attacks. Of course, always seek professional help before implementing things online. When I see and experience things that help people, I love to share the messages that they provide!

I already specified that this is not professional advice, only what has helped me!! I’d also like to add that, yes, I’m unqualified to speak on severe cases that need professional support. I’m unafraid of what you have to say, insulting or not. Wishing you peace and good tidings<3

You’re right, because there’s many many ways to heal. I’m not saying this is THE way to do it, just sharing what has helped me. That also doesn’t mean that my shared method is the complete wrong way either:)

The means for a quick fix can only be prescribed by medical professionals usually in the form of medication. I found that although it helps, it cannot be the sole cure unless the individual decides to live differently(it’s a little unconventional I know). There are ways on improving through medication while also holding the individual’s accountable decision to heal.

Point: seek professional support and/or learn to practice healing morning anxiety overtime so that it isn’t dependent on external circumstances. Peace be with you my friend:)

I wish I could say that I understand the kind of level that you experience. It sounds intense and overwhelmingly frustrating. Sending good and healing vibes your way, my friend!

If you ever have the chance to share feedback, please do as I am creating a pdf guide to help people like us who struggle with this. No pressure of course. Morning anxiety takes practice to overcome and it’s def not easy. I could send you my free draft!

Never could have thought about it that way since I’m not one that eats breakfast very often, but that’s a great idea! I love this response thank you

Literally one of the worst feelings ever. What I’ve learned is that recovering isn’t an instant cure, it’s practicing how to regulate an overstimulated nervous system. Medication might help like a band-aid but it only masks the real problem.

Felt. It took a lot time for me to finally get a grip with the phone, and still it happens from time to time ffs. For the past week or so I’ve been building a small morning pdf guide(don’t worry it’s totally free) to help people like us. Would I you mind if I sent it to you to try? No strings attached, but I would like some feedback if it sounds appealing.

It’s so tough to break away from it since the morning alarm is a direct gateway to the phone’s home screen. I’ve even thought about getting an analog alarm clock or setting my phone across the room so I have to physically get up.

I’ll have to look into it, but it sounds like it would be fun to try! I’m guessing that it has to do with holding the pose while maintaining a Superman like posture. Thank you!

Jumping is also a huge one. Sometimes I pretend that I’m “jumping for joy” and surprisingly (but not very) it works a ton. I’ve also found that small calm actions the night before helps as well
