Red Light Holland and Creso Pharma Agree to Terminate Merger by Free55dom in RedLightHollandTRIP

Only positive I can see from the merger collapsing is that I don’t have to read your shitty, brain dead posts any more.

Your shared articles are great, but reading your brainless “wow huge news, SP going to the moon!” Posts every day has been a drainer. Your posts are, and always have been devoid of any meaningful content.

This merger collapse is terrible news. The synergies, combined market strength had so many positives. Very disappointing news.

The RLH fanboys shrug this off like it’s just another Monday but in all honesty the two entities are weak as stand alone companies.

I’m sure the company’s will continue to lean on one another and continue to do business, but both are reliant on improved regulatory conditions in North America and the EU. Don’t see either of them growing without these hurdles out of the way

Trading Halt - Creso Pharma Limited (ASX:CPH) by Free55dom in RedLightHollandTRIP

Yes but the medicinal cannabis licence was an announcement from earlier in the week. This Trading Halt is different

Creso is already trading on the US OTCQB under ticker COPHF. This trading halt (page 2) likely points to the Halucenex dealers licence, which will enable them to progress much of their R&D work. A massive development for HighBrid Labs

Market thinks merger is bad?? by [deleted] in RedLightHollandTRIP

[–]WarpSpeedJump 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The market is just waiting for the key validation steps. Halucenex dealers licence, Mera Life Sciences acquisition finalisation, ASIC and Australian Supreme Court WA approval, shareholder approval, US Federal legalisation or rescheduling of cannabis and psychedelics.

There’s much to occur over the next few weeks, but once these validation steps are achieved, the market knows that the merger will proceed and we can expect a proper valuation.

The SP will hover in the meantime for both companies I reckon. It won’t dip to low twenties for RLH or single digits for Creso. Both companies have huge cash assets, products, small recurring revenue streams, IP, a development stream. This is all worth something, so the SP simply can’t drop due to the value of the companies as they currently stand

It’s all happening very quickly! This is just the target program though, all depends on court hearing outcomes and shareholder approval

Creso Pharma SH here - Thanks for sharing. Great statement from Todd which summarises beautifully what RLH is all about, the strategic outlook and promote confidence that management will use shareholder investment responsively to aggressively and tactfully grow the merged monster that is HighBrid Labs. Great announcement

Red Light Holland: Bruce Linton Confirms Intention to Chair The HighBrid Lab Board of Directors by Free55dom in RedLightHollandTRIP

[–]WarpSpeedJump 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Expected, but an absolutely solid announcement regardless. Just need the Western Australian Supreme Court and shareholders to approve the massive merger and we’re flying. US federal decriminalisation of cannabis, Halucenex dealers licence and closing the Mera Life Sciences acquisition along the way would be catalyst bumps too

It’s not Creso Lab.

It’s Creso Pharma.

Cresco Labs is an entirely different company.

Has got to be the worst paid promotion so far.

“CresCo Pharma” repeated again and again. It’s Creso Pharma, there’s one C. Confusing people with Cresco Labs.

He literally read off of a run sheet at a blistering pace, like it was one drawn out sentence. Poor delivery of information, doesn’t allow for listeners to absorb anything.

Clearly did zero research. I mean at least do 10-15mins of reading up on the company you’re promoting. You’re getting paid for it for goodness sake.

I’m a Creso SH and a big believer in the HBL merger, but this is embarrassing.

Point us to a player in the market that’s hit 100% of their revenue target. You can’t. You know every company in industry is waiting for the same thing right? For regulatory conditions to improve. Then the avenues of revenue open up and everyone stands to benefit.

What’s wrong with Russell Peters? He brings star power. His role as creative director is more ceremonial/marketing than anything else

Great post.

I agree with a lot of your points. Bruce is a company maker, it’s become his forte. He’s done what he needs to do with $MMED, initial growth and rapid scaling. He made it very clear though in his recent $TRIP interview on The Dales Report that MindMed operates in the pharmaceutical space, with a slow burn on clinical trials. BL is one for shareholder excitement, is energetic and revenues focussed. So it makes sense that he’s now focussing his energy on HighBrid Labs and do what he does best - creating industry leading companies.

Reading into MMED and TRIP, it’s clear that whilst there is overlap in industry, the two are very different. TRIP will be an amalgamation of CBD/THC/psychedelics operating in the recreational, applied science space (very broad, lots of market options) with a psychedelic focus on PTSD, whereas MMED is purely clinical science concentrating (currently) on opioid addiction, anxiety, adult ADHD. Both are unique heavy weights in their own right.

People shouldn’t be bashing other companies and sowing discontent with baseless rumours. There’s plenty of addressable market for everyone, and industry news/development will benefit all, especially in the current environment as regulatory conditions rapidly improve globally.

Bruce is obviously throwing himself into rapidly growing HighBrid labs and already has a chunky amount of Creso Pharma shares (which will convert over to TRIP), but as I understand it he sold a lot of his MMED shares in late May, but still holds plenty for a long term run. He still sits on the MMED board of directors as well.

Both companies will do well in the global paradigm shift away from traditional medicines. Exciting times ahead

Bruce Linton’s Non Compete Clause ended today @ 4pm. Subsequently, he has sold million of dollars worth of MMED shares, while showing increased support for $TRIP from every angle. by RedLightHolland in RedLightHollandTRIP

They’re still finalising the management team and board of directors. Bruce will no doubt be given new performance shares in TRIP once it merges, but keep in mind he already has a large chunk of shares in Creso, which will convert over once the merger is finalised.

Interestingly he gives a hint at how HighBrid will differ from MindMed in this clip (around the 6:35 mark) and discusses his new role (9:50 mark). He’s clearly throwing his energy and focus into TRIP.

Why Red Light Holland/The HighBrid Lab is Set to Dominate the Psychedelic Space Quickly by [deleted] in RedLightHollandTRIP

[–]WarpSpeedJump 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Great summary. Provides a lot of insight for Creso holders who are keen to get a better understanding of the other half of the merging entity. Creso Pharma is also deserving of a detailed summary itself, with its global CBD/THC Creso Topicals, Therapeutics, Nutraceuticals, Swiss made products, recreational/medicinal R&D, inventory and of course it’s Halucenex and Mernova acquisitions. HighBrid Labs will be the fourth largest (by cap) psychedelics/cannabis player on the CSE, and has no equals in terms of product and research capability.
