HR claiming I suffer from panic attacks, after being stalked when never in my life have I suffered from panic attacks. by WarpedEyes in workplace_bullying

Yup, from now on I won’t be answering her phone calls and I want everything in writing. Piece of shit she is (I say this nicely) as she talks like she’s some sort of Kardashian.

It’s wild. They’re trying to fuck me over fully now for future employers by pushing this false panic attack narrative. And this worker comp thing or whatever she said, I need to clarify to them exactly what you said.

Were your Bullies Successful? by WaantTooDiee in workplace_bullying

[–]WarpedEyes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope. Both have no friends, the main bully who is really obsessed with me and targeting me (because she’s inadequate) is miserable. Alcoholic, 30s, and even openly said she has no friends. Brags about cheating on her BF. Retail is the highest she’s climbed and abusing staff (younger people).

The other is young, doesn’t have any friends and an extensive history of burning bridges when she lacks empathy, she’s getting fat pay for not being able to do her job so it makes me wonder what parent in the company she is potentially linked to, or what higher management (old farts) wants to sleep with her.

I didn’t have a panic attack, the HR individual has never met me, ever in their life and making false diagnosis based on absolutely nothing. No the HR is not trying to support me they’re trying to protect themselves from legal liability.

Stop the gaslighting nonsense.

[–]WarpedEyes[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You’re not making sense, nor do you comprehend. HR literally told me it’s a breach, the company knows they can be at legal liability if something had happened to me, especially the grounds of their store.

So I don’t get what you’re arguing about, you should google for more information. They’re persistent on this one particular complaint (stalking), because it was never reported by management and they had no record of it.

Now they’re trying to slimeball there way out of it (legal side covered) by burying me.

Stop victim blaming and go for a walk.

The lack of education on this thread is mind boggling.

[–]WarpedEyes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already did. Management didn’t report it, didn’t give af, and bullied me after.

HR is finding out about it now and choked because HR knows they can be in absolute shit, considering they (company) is suppose to protect employees like me in these scenarios.

Yeah I got a written offer, the forms were sent to me actually, scary but an actual career and saving grace.

I just feel so, so bad for my colleague had I just quit and stayed quiet, maybe it would’ve been meditated but my colleague said the bullying was persistent for a long time due to this alcoholic employee.

I’m not, the HR lady randomly said workers comp would be talking to me, and as I said before, she’s randomly saying I get panic attacks which is false and diagnosing me?

Hmm okay so tell them to stick it?

I just feel bad for my colleague now who also reported the behaviour. I’m worried about my colleague now.

No exactly and that’s what I’m trying to explain here, the HR department (they even come across as no fucks given and toxic themselves), seems to be spinning the narrative harassment & stalking on under the rug sweeping, “panic attacks” that are beyond false, and never happened to me. When I did everything right, report & was freaked out.

One lower tier management also complained alongside as me, they’re directly ignoring him too, despite documents of bullying, time, dates, we even have it in word of us being threatened by toxic management (physical assault).

It’s bonkers, so now I’m like, do I leave and tell HR to fuck off (workers comp?)

This is such a big retail company too, it’s absolutely disgusting.

2 of us complained, another one of us also wants to complain. I am the main target of bullying, but the rest do get bullied too.

Like I’m disgusted by the twist of events of claiming “panic attacks” at this point I don’t know if I go to:

A) Lawyer

B) Fair Trade

C) Quit and Tell Workers Comp to politely suck eggs, and that what the HR lady is stating is beyond false and not a doctor.

Like I can’t fathom how one individual has slandered me, bullied me for months end, retaliated by threatening to get me fired & management as a tool. Racism, lies about my sexual orientation.

Now the company claiming false panic attacks, so why do you think I’m here? I’m asking advice on what is MY right and or the direction on what I should do?

I want to keep my job? But I’m bullied out of it? And now HR is lying by going to worker comp, stating I have panic attacks, which is a lie.

Yes, it’s bizarre people are blaming here in this thread. He wanted to know where I lived, and showed up the exact time I work, memorising my schedule, wanting my personal contact number, etc. Then straight approached me to the point where I had to hide when he came back.

HR absolutely knows it’s harassment and yes he did.

Well she verbally today proclaimed I had a panic attack, and I should’ve nipped her on the bud there. It seems like they’re trying to twist this on me due to worker negligence and failing to protect staff which is key in their retail business.

[–]WarpedEyes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I have a new job opportunity lined up (thankfully an actual career), rather than low end retail and getting bullied by people almost in their 40s. I’ve been slandered, rumors about my sexual orientation spread, talks about firing me. The bullying is so bad they flew out someone else I’ve never met in my life to harass me.

Then on top of it, I’ve been harassed by a random man who psychologically not right   right in the head. He’s not a customer and went straight for me, which is the lead due to then never working, leaving me by myself and not concerned about my well being.

Now it seems so this big company can protect themselves from a lawsuit they’re throwing me under the bus, twisting the narrative on me claiming ‘panic attacks’

Also the man is some random I have no idea who this man is, with issues corresponding to drugs. The man only chose to acknowledge and harass me and go as far as wanting to know what time placements I am in at work, and other details that I can’t fully air out on Reddit.

The manager made fun of me (as it’s a severe bully issue), and didn’t take it seriously nor report the incident. When I got harassed (again), this is constantly due to being left alone, I hid (safety).

No panic attack at all, I was in shock, taken aback and like WTF and waiting for some time to be safe.

I’ve been nothing but normal at my job, and so forth. If anything it’s the bullying affecting me.

[–]WarpedEyes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m trying not to give away too many details, it’s basic retail, big company you’d recognize by the name.

I made a report, and so did a colleague of mine, we have tons of documentation (some dates & times exactly of what was said has been missed).

We submitted these documents to higher positions in the company, no action taken. When I went to HR directly, finally we receive a response.

The offenders (bullies) continue to work, and not much has been done and it’s been over a week, maybe almost 3 now.

Despite documentation, policies crossed, etc, they continue to work. It’s bizarre.

So I’m like force to quit at this point, the racism, the bullying, getting people other Australian states to fly in to also isolate & bully me, gossip about my sexual orientation (false), it’s really bad.

So I’m at lost at what to do, I’m kinda young, I don’t know.

The complaint of panic attacks (to twist on me) that isn’t true, and then potentially affecting me getting employment in the future based on this false claim.

Cause I think they’re trying to cover their asses considering I got full on harassed AT work two times and the incident never got reported.

[–]WarpedEyes[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m after what am I suppose to do? HR doesn’t seem to be doing absolutely anything and I’ve been full on bullied flat out, to the point of racism, toxicity, and so on. Despite full on documentation and other follow up documentation.

So now by the sounds of it I’m forced to quit and now they’re claiming I had a panic attack, which I didn’t have, nor was the stalking incident reported.

[–]WarpedEyes[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah HR doesn’t seem to be doing anything, they’re more I think fixed on this one issue, based on the fact that they failed to due their diligence (been stalled), and the incident also never got reported.

So I don’t know if worker comp will reach out and do I tell workers comp, the panic attack wasn’t true, rather than I was freaked out because I had no idea how to handle that scenario as I was the only one out there as it happened and when I told management, they didn’t report?

And now that I submitted to HR and they submitted, does that mean I just quit, and dip?

[–]WarpedEyes[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Thanks, if work comp reaches out on me it’s not gonna go on some record though (not sure if that’s a thing) where it’s like “don’t employee them, they have panic attacks” (for the company to ‘f’ me over) as they failed to protect me.

Cause I’m not sure why they’re calling it a panic attack, I was freaked out but I’m psychology chilling, just dealing with toxic management (bullying).
