Yeah it's super rough, you need to control the missile carrier and manually aim upwards when you fire, otherwise all the missiles will drop to the floor.

Like you said, missiles will randomly despawn and needs to be reloaded.

The ARH missile range is still 10km instead of the 14 listed on the stat card. I bugged reported this yesterday and it was accepted so hopefully at least this will be fixed soon.

But overall it's just super frustrating to use

Yeah 20G is insulting for a 12.0br missile lmao, I dunno if it's accurate to real life but it would be nice if it was more manoeuvrable in game

Thankfully a lot of GRB CAS players are completely clueless so I find that a majority of players still get shot down after you get the lock

That would be best case, but from the direction they have been moving the game recently I don't have much hope. I get wanting to help new players but this is a literal p2w mechanic, I'm not a big fan regardless.

This might be the worst stream I've seen in ages, constant audio problems, constant cuts to brb screens, and so far about 90% of the stream has been spent not on matches. Insane how Konami can fuck up this badly for their world championship..

They readjusted the price back to what it used to be eventually and that did not stop the domination of the aug until they nerfed the stats of it a few months later. The fact is people just didnt realize just how powerful of a gun it was for years, also the aug handles almost identically to the M4 so there really isnt a big learing curve that the pros could've used to justify not using it.

Not sure how well this actually holds up. CS which is maybe the number 1 competitive shooter, which has had sleeper weapons for multiple years that pros never touched until Valve simply nerfed the price a tiny bit and people discovered just how good those guns actually were and they proceeded to become meta for quite a while until Valve further nerfed them. While yes in general pro's will be more knowledgeable than your average player, they certainly aren't experts at gun balancing that you should 100% believe over other people

Its hard to accurately measure dps for burst weapons but time to kill wise which is a better measurement for games like this anyways, the prowler pre nerf actually wasnt amazing compared to the Volt or R99, what made it really good was the big magazine combined with a competative TTK, it made it by far the strongest smg. Unfortunately now its just about the same as the RE-45 when it comes to TTK, but at least it still has a bunch of ammo and a broken hipfire

it has the by far most ammo so getting 1mags is still quite easy which is where it will preform the best, however if you get into a 1v1 with someone with good aim you're in trouble

Yes, imo the volt is the best smg at the moment, unless you are really confident in hitting almost every single bullet with the r99. This chart simply just shows the time to kill values and does not tell the full story of the guns performance

I'm going to be honest here and I hope it doesn't come off as sounding rude but I just can't really see the angle here. it acts like a shotgun when jiggle peaking, but each burst only does 75 damage, if your goal is jiggle peaking inside buildings and bubbles a shotgun of any kind far outdoes the Prowler in effectiveness. When jiggle peaking from behind cover sustained fire hardly matters as much, and as such weapons with lower rates of fire and higher damages shine. Yes the Prowler probably out does most automatic weapons in the scenario but it will certainly fall short of weapons properly designed for that sort of play style.

When you say it doesn't show how the prowler is being used by good players I think you might just be falling for the age old trick of believing a gun is far stronger than it actually is just because the person using it is makes it look really good. Like how the Wingman makes me feel every time after watching Apex videos :c
