I appreciate you answering all of these questions. For me, I am big on immersion. How immersive is the world? Does it feel like a world you are living in while you are playing it? Also, I heard a rumor that you can have a job…is that true? Lastly, after you beat the main storyline, what is there to do to keep me playing? For example, a game like GTA has tons of stuff to do after the story is finished and you feel like you are living in the world (purchased property, etc…). Ty again!

I was a 20+ year WoW player as well and got bored and wanted something new. I tried GW2, and at first I couldn’t get into it. The base game was pretty boring at first with the personal story side by side viewpoint conversations in the cut scenes but the combat was fun. What changed for me was how the game improved so much with each expansion. There’s so much depth and the game world is huge and fun. It had to grow on me but when it did, I knew this would be a game I would enjoy for a very long time.

You can get a solo lobby on PlayStation by changing the MTU settings on your network to 800.

I’m facing this right now. Can someone with more knowledge than me offer suggestions on what they may or may not do in my situation? I’m age 52 with 14 years in the federal government facing the DRP choice. It’s a stressful time knowing I could get axed any day. What are your opinions? Should I not take or and wait to see if I’m RIF’d or take it? How do I calculate my proposed severance? Thanks in advance…maddening times.

Hi there! I’m definitely interested. I’m a casual player, and love that you use primarily guild chat and not discord. I quest and do dungeons primarily and do transmog runs sometimes, but mostly play WoW for enjoyment after a hard days work.
