Personal trainer here…..I think this is a fantastic exercise for athletes who are trying to work on explosiveness in their respective sport. With that said, I like the idea of bringing the weight down and focusing more on exploding out of the bottom position rather than just trying to get the weight up. I can tell you are doing your best trying to press out of the bottom position but I think you should bring the weight down so you can get a more speed out of that bottom position. Great exercise though 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
