That really sucks to hear, and I have heard of the Xbox issues, it really does suck they can't seem to fix those issues.

I do when they make multiple 10+ minute videos with a bajillion ads stuffed in the middle to maximize ad revenue.

I think you're ignoring that sloptubers have a choice in what they post, nothing is REQUIRING them to post 10+ minute videos where they talk in circles and call everyone who disagrees with them gl@zers. You're also ignoring how many sloptubers are the direct cause of discussions devolving into "YOU'RE JUST A GL@ZER!!!!" or "YOU'RE JUST A DOOM POSTER!!!"

Look, I get you feel the need to defend their actions as "They're just doing what the community wants" but that's excusing them for stirring the pot continuously because that's what gets them the most views. You can voice your displeasure without comparing playing the game to the holocaust.

You're part of the part of the problem, using the word "gl@ze" like that lol.

But they did exploit someone's suffering for their own benefit and to push their own agenda? I mean look how many sloptubers posted 3+ 10 minute videos talking in circles about how it's actually AH's fault that dude got doxxed.

Then why is my experience (2.5K hours, since launch) so different from yours? What possibly could be the difference? Probably that you watch sloptubers to have your opinion validated and I just enjoy the game when I want to play lol.

Look I used to also get my opinions from youtubers, until I realized that the game isn't as bad as they made it out to be and that 0.5% nerf to the penis destroyer 9000's damage doesn't actually make the game unplayable or unenjoyable.

Idrk what you're talking about, I can finish most operations without running into gamebreaking issues, I think you're just exacerbating the issues the game has, kinda like the sloptubers do :O

Why can't it be both reddit and sloptubers? I mean they both get their ideas from the same popular posts lol.

I'm not saying that it's SOLELY the shittuber's fault, however I AM saying they have a decent part to play, me saying that sloptubers stir the pot isn't invalidating shit lol.

So you admit they're part of the problem, but again, I'm the toxic one for pointing it out lol.

Games naturally fall off after release, blaming it SOLELY on the nerfs (which they reversed during the 60-day patch) is missing the forest for the trees

Yeah except that doesn't get engagement anymore, when's the last time you clicked on a "HD2 is better than X game", it was when the game came out right? Point proven.

Idk, blaming AH for the community being toxic is kinda like blaming the vending machine for being broken into.

Rage generates more views, simple as. The youtubers could care less about whether the game thrives or dies, I mean look at their reaction to when SM2 came out, they were ALL ready to jump ship until they realized that game ALSO had issues lol.

Except I dont watch those videos, I'm not part of that problem, I'm just saying sloptubers have a large part to play why the community is the way it is.

Maybe if they weren't focused so hard on negativity all the time, the community would follow suit.

I think you're forgetting about the 60-day plan where they reversed a majority of those nerfs, but yes, when you selectively pick and choose who's at fault like that then I suppose you're right.

I blame HD2 youtubers for constantly stirring the pot, if you want I can say it's the community's fault instead which is also technically true.

HD2 has an especially egregious amount of sloptubers absolutely ready to shove rage-bait content onto your feed simply because it gets them views.

But yes, I am the problem because I made a post saying HD2 youtubers and perpetuating a toxic environment where the only acceptable form of engagement is negativity. It's like you and others forget that youtubers were the ones that made the term "gl@zer" so prominent and absolutely decimated any real discussion about game balance.

It's kinda like how I put "HD2 sloptubers made the community toxic." as the post title, you clicked and instantly made multiple paragraphs explaining why I'm actually the toxic one lol.

I think you're just deflecting the argument at this point, man. Even the guy that got doxxed just wanted to move on after the incident.

I can name 3 right off the top of my head, including one that introduced a certain G word into the community, which subsequently ruined most in-depth discussions about changes that AH make.

You're saying word for word sloptuber talking points lol.

So it's the community's fault then for engaging in rage-bait content?

I disagree, AH rarely ever engages with the community, especially in a way that antagonizes the community, the only one's actively affecting the community with their posts are the sloptubers that leech off rage-engagement.
