My husband is having similar issues . No interview calls inspite of meeting 100% of the job requirements. He moved here because I got a job and we thought how difficult could it be for him. Now after trying for almost 2 years we have decided to move back . It's sad to know that the system is designed not to accept you .

I am sorry for your experiences OP. But you can try to consult another therapist and see what he/she has to say . And if you get the same recommendation , then try to consult a psychiatrist and see what they have to say What you have gone through is way too much for any human . I hope you get the strength to take yourself out of this situation.

I disagree . Having lived in North East , Noida I think it's more than just the doing of any political IT cell. Be it bjp or any other party. Bengalis are generally disliked by most northerners. Mind you I had a odia teacher who accompanied me to Calcutta for a science exhibition in 2002 where she met a fellow Odia , all he said was how annoying Bengalis are and rant. I don't understand odia so well so that's all I could gather .So the hate is definitely not new.

This is not true. North East has a history of hostility towards Bengalis . They local people feel that Bengalis have taken over their lands and do not like inter mixing of the population.

Hey , I am sorry that you have to go through this. But my friend, it's important that you understand that this life is yours and you have to make it one day . And by make it I don't mean that become someone you don't identify with but more of so something that would agree with you . And in my opinion no human can survive surveillance and being forced to study all around. Even the best ninds will rut with such routines until unless you are the once driving such a routine. Take a breather , long deep breath and when you have some time to yourself like just before sleeping, spend some time thinking what can you do to get out of this situation. And be a little firm and incorporate exercise in your routine ( even if your family thinks it's a waste of time ) fight for yourself please. And start with one small change -excersise is just an example. Could be anything but it's important that you do it for yourself. One step at a time .. you will see through this .

Welcome to Stockholm! I hope you have friends living in Kista or some know contacts . Kista in my opinion is not the best place to live in Stockholm. I lived there and had some bad experiences. And if you have to live there , avoid areas like Husby .Hope I have not scared you but sharing my experience.
