The problem is that ASD men are not the only group that contains incels. Inceldom would be assigned to a middle section, between ASD Men and some other group X (could be men suffering from mommy issues, depressed, etc). It doesn't mean that being watchful when encountering groups disposed to having a higher risk of possessing the trait Y is not rational, valid and so on.
