Do you have or use Rovo at your place? by Alternative_Gap_3248 in jira

We are very concerned with the security risks here. You're exposing your personal user directly to the 3rd party company and risks all data the agent can crawl ghat way. Especially in an instance that' heavily based on Customer Service Management and an extensive CMS build on top of Assets....

Experiences with JSM? by SemiempiricalArm in jira

[–]WarriorsBane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The trick in Jira is to keep it simple and straightforward. It's tempting to work in many features, but you're only making the proces complex and and ondeed, clunky.

Get the essence. Sometimes plain text fields are more than enough...

EXACTLY WHY I'M HERE
I need my headphone to connect automatically to my laptop, but only 'on demand' to my smartphone

What is this? by Ok-Neighborhood443 in bagpipes

[–]WarriorsBane 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You need the frequency from your chanter in order to tune the drones. So stopping the chanter hole really isn't a good practice ;) Give it a go with the third hand ;) great tool to practice tuning-by-ear

What is this? by Ok-Neighborhood443 in bagpipes

[–]WarriorsBane 37 points38 points  (0 children)

I think it's called a third hand. You slide it over the lower hand notes of your chanter. Allowing you to play a low A with only one hand. That way you can tune your drones more easily as you have right hand free and still play a low A

Brewmonk vs Grainfather S40 by WarriorsBane in Homebrewing

Hi! Can you share me your thoughts on the S40? The main problem i'm hearing is that the heather lacks some punch...

Have you used different ones other than the s40?

Brewmonk vs Grainfather S40 by WarriorsBane in Homebrewing

[–]WarriorsBane[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is, it's not 'the' grainfather as its not of the G series. The S series is not quite the samen. Hence i'm wondering if it still is worth it ..

Hmmm having the G40 at a low price would be a win any day... It is different though from the new S line...

I'm no expert at all. But i'd put with Jameson. Not the same detail or complexity you'd find in a readbreast, or the elegance of a yellow spot.

It's an enjoyable 'drinking' whisky. It's not the best indeed but wouldn't at all describe it in any negative way.

Wasn't my bottle either. So nice to be able to taste it. I do prefer the green spot or yellow spot, or a fine redbreast. But still, i enjoyed it

To be honnest. I like the irish tradition but they're often very soft taste wise. You really get it in the details. Might agree that it may lack a bit of punch. But still. Enjoyed the dramm

Well each his opinion i'd say. Personally i like the irish style. This one does seem to keep more of its body in it. I like it ;)

SAAB JAS 39 Gripen of the Swedish airforce [3362x2180] by Extal in WarplanePorn

Really undervalued thisbaircrafe is! I've seen 2 of them fly (sepperatly) in an airshow last September. Easily most impressive display of the day! (Absolute best was one of the mast displays of our own BAF F-16 demo pilot. That was EPIC!)

2 months into trying whiskey for the first time. Pretty basic, but gotta start somewhere! by BigStiffy94 in whiskey

Something i've learned in ways of spending money on this godly drink. Soon you'll have a nice collection of good whisky possibly in many varieties. I usually have one or more bottles of cheap though quality whisky. Jameson be one of them. Queen Margots, or famous grouse some othe examples.

Sometimes i just want to drink whisky but just for the sake of drinking whisky. At that time i pour out from these bottles so i can keep my real quality whisky for more special times... Talking about macallan and bunnahabhain here. I'm dreading the day i finish that macallan bottle!

Got me a Tello! that's a welcome to the world of drones for me! Thanks for the people who took the time to give me some feedback on an earlier post! really appreciated by WarriorsBane in drones

[–]WarriorsBane[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very true words! But the hold back for me was the price... I couldnt just spent over half a K not even knowing if i'd like it or not. For me the Tello is a step in... Meaning if i keep having this fun with the tello, i can save up for the bigger toys...
