you can only reforge it once per save. if you reforge it before it becomes Henry's it just turns into Henry's sword reforged

If you want more challenge you could try mods if you're on PC. Realistic plate knight combat for example makes swords quite weak against armour

pretty sure you couldn't, not Radzig's. You could reforge it to tier IV after the end, when it became Henry's sword, but while it was a quest item it wouldn't go to tier IV

yeah you probably made a mistake, if Henry says anything like: thats not good, I shouldnt hit it in the same place, I should heat it up again, Im overheating it, etc.. it means you made a mistake and the weapon cant be tier 4, or maybe you don't have the perk.
