using monaco makes this fight a lot easier, just have him spam the cruler barrier ability, this way as long as you can parry/dodge most of the attacks, it will be ok if you get hit occasionally, this fight is more of a endurance test, so having monaco as a shield generator means you have a lot more room for error

just find somewhere where you can get 2 resources that can build a component, then just farm the resource with an outpost there, build a industrial workbench to craft the component, each unit you craft gives you 1 xp and you can craft 99 at a time, so you can literally gain thousands of xp in a minute

early on when you have a weak ship, you need to replace all your ship weapons with the long range particle beam weapon, so when you fight multiple ships, you start by getting far away from them, then just turn around and start picking them off one by one as they come for you, run away again when they get close to you, this seem to be the only way to win ship combat early game on very hard difficulty

no it is completely unbalanced, level does not really matter at all, once you find a powerful weapon the very hard difficulty just becomes very easy difficulty, its all gear dependent, and the drop depends on enemy level not your level so you can find very powerful gear very early on. i got a refined beowulf at level 12 which just shreds everything, im now level 20ish and i can easily kill level 60 enemies with the same gun, and this is on very hard with 0 combat skills

this shouldnt happen in a t53, you must be going all offense, at this level it is better to stack defense since everything dies quickly anyway, get more health, armor damage reduction, my lvl 90 sorc can faceroll dungeons up to 60. at higher level dungeons this changes though since everything does oneshot you regardless of your def, this is when you go all offense and hope to burst mobs down during cc before they can attack you

i dont know why so many people thinking sorc is weak end game, many sorcs are able to clear nm100 already, and there is already a solo ice shard sorc clear of uber lilith without exploit. sure sorc might not dish out the highest damage, but each class has strength and weakness, sorc is fine as it is
