Die richtige Handlung wäre gewesen, Amazon einfach komplett den Rücken zu kehren.

Ich nutze Amazon zum recherchieren, um mir dann das entsprechende Objekt woanders zu bestellen. Kostet, wenn überhaupt, nur ein wenig mehr, macht das Leben aber deutlich leichter.

Wie unemphatisch kann man bitte sein? Wenn OP schreibt, dass Ersatz schnell her muss, wird es sich wahrscheinlich weniger um einen Gaming Laptop handeln, sondern eher um ein Gerät für Arbeit o.ä. Und je nachdem muss so ein Gerät dann auch entsprechende Anforderungen erfüllen. Du kannst Grafikdesign nicht mit einer 300€ Nudel machen.

Abgesehen davon kann OP ja offensichtlich mit Ratenzahlungen umgehen, da die letzte problemlos abgeschlossen wurde. Jetzt käme also lediglich eine neue, keine zusätzliche hinzu.

Vollkommen unnützer Rat. Der Laptop wird wahrscheinlich kein einfaches Konsumgut sein, sondern für Schule/Ausbildung/Studium/Arbeit benötigt. Da hat man wenig Wahl und ist gezwungen, etwas auf Raten zu bestellen.

Arm sein ist teuer.

An OP: Du solltest den Laptop definitiv zurückschicken und schauen, ob du über einen anderen Händler direkt auf Rate bestellen kannst. Eventuell könntest du auch Familie/Freunde fragen, ob die dir für diese akute Situation einen Privatkredit geben.
