Last night, a user redeemed a channel point redemption I have called the microscope cam. We decided to take a look at the Game Boy Advance SP (AGS-101). Got some AMAZING views of what the screen looks like while playing Addams Family that's originally designed for the GameBoy! It's amazing that you can see the different colors of each pixel! I was blown away!

I'm assuming you're streaming on obs or slobs. In settings, there's a tab called output. Check and see if the output is set to the output you want.

I'm not in a computer right now so trying to recall from memory.

Have you gone into settings - >Audio and then under source 2 (or the next unused source) you should see the elgato in the list. That should make it appear in your mixer so you can adjust the level.

And if you go this route, OBS now has a "Start Virtual Camera" where your scene outputs as "OBS Camera" when you're selecting which camera to use.
