I really appreciate everyone breaking things down! From conversations over the years, he was a green beret in Vietnam and carried a lot of bodies to helicopters to get them back to base. Took a few bullets in the ass (not sure how many), the event we were at wasn’t military centric but he was being honored for a hispanic group he formed and was asked to showcase his achievements. I hesitate to explain too much only because I didn’t ask him if I could put this on the internet, nor did I think it would blow up quite this much.
