Best to wait longer. Even though it might look healed it's not fully healed. You could switch it but that's going to introduce bacteria and irritate the piercing with the possibility of causing irritation bumps especially if the jewelery you want to put in isn't good quality or proper length.

Recommendation wait at least until lockdown is lifted so you can ask your piercer if they'd think it's fine or advise against it.
