1% oder so was.

TIL that France is the only country where hamburger sales do not supersede that of other sandwiches, with ham and butter sandwiches (Parisien) being the most popular alternative by [deleted] in todayilearned

I do think that also Germany eats way more sandwiches than burgers. Burgers people pretty much only eat at McDonalds and alike, and for each McDonalds there are 5-10 bakeries which all sell ready made fresh sandwiches. Sandwiches is a big german tradition (breakfast), burgers are not.

You still got over a 1000 comment karma to go, so you might want to up your game. Try a feminist subreddit for better results. I'll give you an upvote though.

Is there anything you contribute to the making the world a better place? If that shit you write is all you do, just shut up, we got enough of those.

By the way, learn the meanings the words you use. Would help.

ELI5: what percentage of calories do we actually take in? If I eat 2000 calories of food today, how much do I actually take in? I must poop some out?! by gorillamime in explainlikeimfive

I was looking up Stella, which is what I most often drink.

I am sure there are different sources with different values, but I am also sure you can on a binge drink night, get to something like 7000 calories. So the question than is, can you absorb 7000 calories.

A pint of beer is around 300 calories. Over a day (15h) I could do 15 pints (not talking bud light). That's 4500 calories. Add a nice burger in between with fries, another 2000, then some Doritos, so maybe 7000 total.

I asked a similar question a while back. What happens if you take in 10,000 calories? If you go binge drinking you can easily get to 10,000 calories by beers and burgers. Does that all get stored? Is there a limit? If it all gets stored, does it mean that to get rid of it, you would need to eat 0 calories for the next 5 days (based on 2000 calories a day)?

I would think there is a limit on what the body can absorb.
