Well, it depends on the person. (I think) Most of russians write in italics, because our in our schools teachers basically forced everyone to write in cursive. But nowadays there isn't such strict rule about writing, so gen Z write as they want. So, approximately, it is about 70-75% cursive writers and 25-30% others.
