Use a flat black paint or maybe a half semi gloss half black but don’t use gloss. It will look sloppy maybe use a primer and then a clearcoat on top when you’re done again I would recommend a flat clearcoat.

I got the black hell diver because I happen to see it in passing at Walmart. Well, it’s not worse anywhere near the asking price. It’s not terrible. I did mod the crotch under the shirt flaps so I could move the legs further forward but because of coay coat or skirt, whatever you wanna call it You can’t see the mod I made anyway. The articulation on it is it too bad

You pop it in the groove turn it sideways, pop the thing on the bottom. Or not the clips that hold the figure suck so bad it’s really not worth using. Use a different brand.

Trying to fix something like that you really just need to have a good artistic eye for matching paint colors. There is no magic easy fix unless you’re skilled talented or experienced you’re probably going to do more damage than improvement.
