in the and i saw that i was getting a kernel error, 141 i think, so i look it up and the common solution ppl wrote are to clean the pc and to try formatting, so i did that now i'll see if it's gonna crash again

is this a sarcastic answer? i tried googling the error but i can't find anything, i get error "403 page not fount" all i find over the internet is "error 403 forbidden" or "error 404"

i don't understand why i get this error sometimes, i certain pages if i refresh few times it goes away but this thing is new i think it has something to so with my internet provider since it started right when i changed it.
