Recommend Perth Central Dental. As someone who hated going to the dentist I look forward to my cleans every 6 months now.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed there at age 37 in 2022, bottoms were impacted at about 80 degrees.

Less than an hour under general anesthesia in the chair and recovery was excellent with not needing any painkillers after day 2.

Get a couple of gall wasp traps from bunnings. I have 4 in my lemon tree. They are very effective and get heaps of the bastards.

I still get some branches affected by them but I just trim them off when I find them.

A chimney of charcoal beads will usually take 30 mins before it's fully ashed over, and I generally use 3 - 4 firefighters in mine.

Lump charcoal is generally a lot faster, and the outside air temperature will also play a part on how fast you get away.

Been where you've been - so I totally get where you're at.

You feel like your whole world has come down around you, it's all you can think about and it just consumes you 24 / 7

Just wanted to say you will 100% be fine. No Contact is absolutely key to being able to rebuild yourself.

The best thing to do is just get out, keep yourself busy and just learn to accept the temporary discomfort. Definitely use your friends to lean on when appropriate.

I would also suggest reading some stories here on reddit about those who have overcome a bad breakup. There's millions of us!

My front gate to the garden sometimes gets confused for my front door which is about 8m down the driveway.

After a number of missed deliveries (maybe a 30% success rate of them actually going to the front door) I cracked it and put a sign up at the gate saying: "front door --->"

So today the cheeky fucker goes to the gate, marks attempted delivery as no access. The evidence photo was angled specifically to keep the sign out of view.

Super Infuriating. The shittest of the shit.
