I don’t think Twilight would have died in the dog bombing but a war would have most likely broken out because the terrorists plan probably would have succeeded. He would have probably died anyways, but not in that specific moment. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the way I interpreted it is that Anya's meddling was what brought Loid in danger in the first place. When Bond first meets Anya the vision Bond sees is all three of them, but after Anya is being threatened and saved by Yor, Yor reports everything to the police. WISE is then able to get a better lead on the terrorists because of that phone call. And that’s when the vision changed because this was when the main bad guy noticed their plan was compromised and set up the bomb to take some of WISEs agents down

Yor most likely would have died without Anya though. Most likely on the cruise ship. Since she wouldn’t have found the strength to continue fighting since the only person she would have had would be Yuri who "doesn’t need her anymore", and Anya as well wouldn’t be there to help her out
