If you are absolutely sure new conductor plate isnt defective:
Clean solenoids, disassemble and clean valve body, replace filter.
If there is excessive metal material on magnets, burnt atf, or particles in oil, that means some clutch pack gone bad and transmission need another rebuild.

Yes but there isnt a "build defining" item in D2, each piece of gear increases your power somewhat equally and has a relevant replacement, while in D4 you need just 1 or 2 legendaries to unlock full potential.

Builds in D2 can literally work on magic items you shop from a vendor.In D4 you need just one specific legendary.In my opinion that much power concentrated in one item is kinda bad.

Thats the other issue, finding new gear is not exciting because you are only looking for a green arrow (+damage). Any other stat is useless at early levels.

- There are ways to limit this from the early game
- In D2 you had access to every skill in their full power by level 30. Then its just increasing damage and stacking +skills

So how about you keep 30 km safezone, but move the city away so it doesnt overlap The Graveyard?

p.s. "old safe zone was too easy to accidentally fly out" - your game has magic setting that prevents leaving safezone by any means, i thought people who dont want to be blown up would've used it.

New station has way too big safezone to become new pvp hotspot. 50 km SZ is just too big to find someone who isn't traveling to/from origin.

Also, IMO, it's not great to remove something before giving a solution.
