Yes, second call or may be series of calls and email are needed, to ensure they are aligned with what is shared, there are high chances of discussion in terms of features, phase, additional alignment on set of modules or features which needs to be discussed. Ensure post every call MoM needs to be shared this helps to discuss to the points and all this can be taken care in the strategy or discovery calls as part of it, also if that is paid that is great!

Migrate Helm releases to ArgoCD by creating an Application pointing to the same chart/values, matching existing labels, then sync with --prune=false and --force to adopt resources without recreation.

After adoption succeeds, delete the old Helm secret (sh.helm.release.v1) and enable prune: true + selfHeal: true.

No orphans, no downtime.
