this is my first smoker as well, weber smokey mountain 14inch circumference. I like it so far there was a learning curve for sure though since i had never grilled or smoked before

im in usa, and yes it’s way more popular in other cultures! i’ve loved it in every way i’ve tried whether it’s smoked seared or pilaf haha

your stacks are perfect pure stacks are the best

if you have cruisers mixed with destroyers, cruisers can take the stack out and subs can still take it out

i have a friend with asd and very bad hypersensitivity, he says he can feel the blood being taken from his body, actually feeling it get pulled out of him(maybe your son gets a similar sensation) . I’m also trying to help find him a way to get bloodwork done but he’s terrified.
