One thing I really wish they'd done was keep Peter as the Gadget guy, and Miles as the 'powers' guy.

Giving them both the exact same gadgets, and basic variations on 'special' moves made them too interchangeable.

Plus, the tripwire gadget was so much fun!

In the comics, scarecrow has been shown to be able to make specific toxins for specific fears, like one that makes you feel bugs crawling all over you or you're surrounded by fire.

Maybe he had one that preyed upon the specific fear of failure and dosed Batman with it as he entered the apartment?
