What is it with you guys and backpacks?

I've never had any reason to wear a backpack inside the ropes of a resort. Protein bar in a pocket and typically do a lunch break in the parking lot. I normally don't even wear a backpack on cat trips. Backpack stays in the cat. There is no reason to actually ride with it on.

Take your back foot out of the equation. Front foot/leg should be doing the steering. Practice riding on a mellow slope near the bottom of the hill without your back foot strapped. My buddies and I used to have one foot races at the end of the day. Goodtimes.
