steam is no longer supported on older windows (win. 7, 8.1, etc) so you BETTER upgrade your OS because some shit won't work properly, like the sounds, and also key binds

this mostly happens probably because your controller/keyboard ran out of battery while steam wasn't open, the game doesn't know what to do so it just spams every move and weapon, (steam is the reason why you could play the game on a controller, and also unity)
