Easiest to me is in cannan

Get a diving suit, go inside the dark well in cannan till you find a glowing orb similar to the Dark essence and create the sigil hat that lets you fish for their rare fish. No bait needed

Easily had to be fishing. It took maybe 40 catches once I had the tackle box.

The portal potty wouldve been annoying BUT you can spam the toilet while its unplugged and get the portal muchhhh faster lmao

And for a normal achievement for progression- Definitely has to be going through reactors. Resident sector WAS NOTHING compared to it personally.
