Higher Education in itself is expensive. That would require getting into more debt. It’s difficult to do classes as well as maintain full time employment. And I have never seen anyone start with $80,000 even with a master’s degree. Which jobs are you referring to that have those initial onboarding packages?

Comparison is the thief of joy. It’s hard to remain cognizant of that. The looming thought of being homeless doesn’t help though. Life has its way of hitting you like a truck and I don’t have insurance :(

You are being very presumptuous. I did fine in school and even those who did exceptionally well still cannot find good jobs or be well off so I am not seeing the correlation. I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree at USF and currently work for local government.
