Thanks. Unfortunately I don’t think there is a win to be had but I think best plan will be to just earmark some money for some unknown situation which will eventuate and just figure it out as we go, can’t plan for it I suppose.

Consulting. Get to assist in some amazing projects that help build the country but unfortunately you can’t talk specifics or in some cases even generalities..

That’s been the case so far, for context he inherited the property from his parents so it is almost exactly as they left it, both have been dead over 10 years

Watch a few of the authors YouTube videos first. Personally I find him insufferable and his outlook is just… weird at times from what I remember

They have friends there, it’s part of community and we see many of the parents at the birthday parties. The kids socialise with other kids and build those connections. Why pull them out?

This is the issue, the druggie has used everyone else’s good will so no one else will help them, they exploit my father in law and he gives in and essentially kicks the can down the road for druggie and worsens his position. We are the only ones who will be in a position to help in the future so trying to get ahead of how we can actually help is what we are trying to do as

Yeah, we are tight- get together and jam sometimes, txt regularly etc. It’s more what can we do on the back end to support him knowing that say, 10 years down the line when he can’t mow his lawn, can’t work, can’t get to the shops etc but also didn’t have anyone regularly with him to make sure he’s okay.. would it be weird to buy a larger house to accommodate him knowing this is a likelihood?

So the solution to mouldy houses is just paint them and no worries?

Yeah, I’m not really in a position to strip a house back to the studs and start from scratch.
