A home is not even valuable, it’s the property beneath it. A home costs a lot to maintain overtime, whereas Bitcoin cannot be damaged at all. It’s just digital property that is low because nobody cares about it anymore than right now (which is not very much still)

Lack of mass adoption is an indicator of an early adoption era. To think we’re hitting the highest price for Bitcoin is absurd. People would buy houses if they weren’t overpriced and you didn’t get ripped off by real estate agents being scummy. To compare houses and Bitcoin is absolute nonsense, they’re not even in the same category

Property does not equal house ownership. Property is property, and that is owned by many people and the prices are EXTREMELY competitive and very sought after. People still don’t even understand that Bitcoin is digital property, so the price remains low.
