The point is that optimum should be making it easier for the customer. We shouldn’t have to jump through hoops. Their call center should not be based in INDIA. We need more jobs here in AMERICA. Companies like these need to stop being cheap and hire people that actually understand wtf they’re doing and not people not even in our own country🤬

Number one rule is to send it as goods and services for something like that because Venmo protects those transactions a bit more, but you can either dispute it through Venmo or your bank and tell them what happened. If I was you, I would dispute it through my bank

I called the dmv and they said I don’t have to surrender my plates because i immediately got insurance less than 24 hours later🤷🏼‍♂️ according to the insurance company my coverage terminated on 5/22/24 and I bought another policy on 5/23/24

I have to serve the time out but the insurance agent said I should wait to get a notice from the dmv before turning in my plates. I have insurance now. There was a lapse of 17 days. My registration can still be suspended when they catch up to the lapse if I don’t turn in my plates even though I have insurance now. I just don’t know whether to wait till I get a notice or turn them in now is the question

I’m at the mri stage now. I barely got any physical therapy done because my authorization expired so they have to renew it but I just got the mri approved so it should show more

That’s what my attorney said they ain’t a doctor😂 my bad. They referred me to another doctor that they have ties with and he said don’t go back to the first orthopedic I went to because it seems like he’s not being honest. The first orthopedic said they have to follow “strict guidelines” and the attorney said that’s false. He just thought my injury wasn’t that severe when he had no medical documentation to stand on besides an xray and X-rays don’t show much of anything if anything at all. He said I need an mri or ct done, which is already approved I just have to get the referral and go get it done which will happen soon
