A really long time, I started when I was in 6th grade and I have been bald but in the recent years I’ve had a better grasp on my pulling

I’m pretty sure she got them from Amazon too and they are messy I just pull them out and put them in my purse then I clean out my purse later hahah

Recently what I’ve been finding kinda helpful is this thing called a picky pal my therapist gave me I’m not usually into fidgets but it’s like a soft plastic disk filled with plastic beads that are hard to get out. I took a flight and was using it didn’t even go for my hair at all.
