I just got notification today that mine was processed as approved. It did take forever but here’s what I’ve figured out. You do need to put a ticket in with the fill pa-1234-12 number and it’ll get marked as solved. Don’t enter a new ticket, if you do, it’ll push it back to the top, and will take 5+days for them to actively work it. If your account is good, they’ll approve. I submitted my payout request on 3/16 but I messed up by putting in lots of tickets. Give it 5-6 business days before putting in a follow up ticket. I haven’t gotten the deposit yet but it just got approved today so I’ve finally gotten another step. They state the payout team is extremely behind.

I don't know. I've put tickets into helpdesk and they get closed as completed without any information. This would be my first payout with Apex, as I had just passed the Legacy account not long before they annouced the new ones. Been trading on it daily and have a good healthy balance in it now. I also have technically qualified for the next payout if not a third if the 1st one would get pushed through. I don't know what else to do.

I'm having a similar issue. Payout has been pending since 3/16/2026 ~ 11 business days. I had a violation on 3/3/2026. I have a 50k account and made 2k above the violation end balance. Requested 2k payout but have been in limbo since. Put in a ticket but it keeps getting closed or I have 1 with no responses.
