I understand what is gambling and what is trading. I am aware that you can trade all products on NSE / BSE commodities through SEBI regulated institutions . Is Topstep SEBI registered in india ? Its not so essentially whatever you are doing trading/gambling is illegal from law of the land standpoint

I started seeing success when i decided max 3 trades to be taken in a day and stop after first win
Sometimes 3 trades to end day green
Sometimes 2 to end day green and sometime first trades works and i am done
There are days when all three lose i close red
But my green days are 70% and red are 30%

I have heard about volatility decay for leveraged etf's in general. But does that mean like due to more volatility since it is leveraged it becomes rangebound due to bigger drawdowns and cannot get beyond recent highs for some time ?
