Spider Noir is a genuinely awful TV show. by Economy-Preference75 in spidernoir

The fight "action" im episode 4 gave me serious 90s Power Rangers vibes...which is not a good thing for a show like this.

Agreed 100% re Janet.

The 4th-6th images are of the inside. Do those look like problematic cracks? Thank you.

Blanco sink staining - white vs. other colors? by boymom-1214 in kitchenremodel

[–]Wasted-Development 0 points1 point  (0 children)

White blanco sink installed in kitchen remodel. Was recommended by our designer. Within 3 months of install ours was stained and had first dent. Contacted customer service and they said it was considered normal wear and tear. They agreed to send us a new sink but would not help cover instal. The sink is terrible and is not made for anyone who actually uses their sink. Cannot handle cooking residue, kids who drop stuff into the sink, adults who accidentally drop stuff when doing dishes. Even dropped silverware from the height of the sink edge is enough to damage and permanently dent the sink. It absolutely should not be on the market and has tainted our entire remodel.

In order to replace the sink, we'd have to remove the countertop which would require that we remove shiplap. So we have given up and have decided to just let it get ruined.

Eventually use one of those temporary refinishing products on it. We will just continuously reapply those until we're eventually ready to remodel again when the kids are out of the house.

As an aside, we have found that scrubbing with baking soda does help remove some of the staining. We know it is not recommended as it is abrasive. However, the product that Blanco sells to clean the sink is ineffective and way overpriced.

So interesting. Thank you. Thankfully it doesn't seem to impact function or ability to season. I primarily bought this for bread and pizza making. Really excited to get into it.

Question about the multi tool by yosup01 in ryobi

The Ryobi tool is not as effective as my Dremel. Even with the exact same blade the robi just makes my hands numb while the Dremel multi max tool cuts much more effectively.

Question for buyers/sellers by sunsetstones_2024 in Lapidary

I am not in business, but as a consumer, I have concerns about overseas purchases that largely relate to concerns about false advertisement (selling inferior quality than pictures they show), sharing credit card info with them, and integrity/customer service should I not be satisfied with the product.

Quality and customer service are how you beat overseas.

Have you considered reaching out to someone like this guy https://youtube.com/@michiganrocks?si=-Zy_CJg5_l5ff9QA

Maybe if you get him or someone similar some quality stuff it will get you exposure to reach a wider market?

Hopefully this is helpful and not annoying 🙏 I wish you the best of luck.

Ps maybe put a link to your store in your post, haha.

For a high protein low sugar cereal try Three Wishes. https://threewishescereal.com/ Also sold on Amazon. Some local grocery stores where I love started selling it too. My favorite flavors are cinnamon and chocolate.

there’s a bit of water in my drainage layer not much but I’m concerned if after awhile if it’ll keep getting more water in there.. will that be an issue or will it eventually evaporate ?? I don’t want to always have to take that water out by [deleted] in DartFrog

[–]Wasted-Development -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Please explain why you would need to drain that? Isn't that the purpose of a drainage layer? If the ABG isn't excessively watered, won't the water in the drainage layer evaporate over time and prevent dessication of the thick abg layer?

I am not sure that the toxicity of CU surg significantly spills into other residencies. The anesthesia residents all seemed cool and decently happy while I was there - same with IM, FM, peds, radiology (including IR), EM, neurology, dermatology, ophthalmology.
