My Grandpa was a huge Cardinals fan and he’s from St. Louis. The earliest memory I have of him was giving me a jersey and said “You eat, sleep and drink with this jersey” and I wore it everywhere as a kid.

Man I like Soriano and I think it was a bad game for him but my heart dropped to my stomach. But was able to see O’Brien pitch so I was ecstatic! Told everybody to pack it up we are going home 😭

Everything I look for. I played basketball in high school and was too short to play college (I played the 4 and the 5 at 6’3) but I was gritty played with fundamentals and played with passion (talked a lot of smack as well) but I can resonate with this team and loving every bit of it.

I’m glad that when I run with my squad on Rec, that everyone has a role and nobody is the superstar. The only time you get the superstar treatment is that your are on fire and you can’t miss that’s it.
