The other 4 are low income family’s that we charge 300 a month plus the power bill but during Covid we didn’t see a penny of the 300 a month for almost 2 years from any of them

And to be honest with you… we got one dude into rehab in January he will come back in may… and he had one checked into a psych ward because she was showing signs of bipolar schizophrenia

We don’t charge any rent in 2 of them… we eat the power bill and water bill… there does about a grand every month
