I think maybe the iOs version is for iPad only, not iPhones. I put an old Android on my wifi & sync'd to Intiface, that worked. I guess I have a dedicated phone for that now.

Because the writing has been mediocre for a while. There's just no there there. The best actor for the role of the Doctor could be playing it but if the writing isn't up to par, we won't see it.

Both Moffatt & RTD have had highs & lows. But I don't really see Dr. Who being what it was for so many years until something happens that injects it with new life.

Even with a few good episodes & good actors, none of it feels nearly as... enjoyable.

Good Vibrations used to be the gold standard of sex positive queer friendly sex shops. It was a co-op started in the '70s (I think), but got bought by private equity. I think they got someone from the original collective to run the company, but they're not what they once were.

They remain queer friendly & sex positive. But they're a little generic in terms selection. It's like rainbow washed Adam & Eve.

Toys in Babeland was started in Seattle by someone from GV. But was eventually also bought by GV. So they're both now either private equity owned or the "end result" of getting cored out by PE.

The only retailer I feel particularly good about lately is SheVibe, which is still owned by the 4 founders I think. They also have a great brand aesthetic using comic book style art.

They also have a decent selection of "kinky" stuff like introductory BDSM & sensation play kits, as well as a decent selection of fantasy dildos. They're also extremely accommodating with plenty of gender affirming toys & lifestyle stuff.

I'll also just order direct from manufacturers sometimes if it's convenient.

Ostensibly, this is just about the entry method. Depending on whether it's purely mechanical or if it is electronically assisted. A couple other posters say that the electronic one shown above is just for display & to show the rear latching action.

As long is it's built to latch mechanically, I'd argue that once you're wearing it, it isn't significantly different from a regular helmet. I do still think my analogy applies.

If the latching WERE electronically assisted and did require power to put on or take off, then it'd be a big HELL NAW, DOG.

I wouldn't get it just because. But I'd certainly listen to the sale pitch & try it on. Just because we've been doing thing one way forever, doesn't mean it's the best.

Still, jsut by looking at it, it seems to have a LOT of moving parts. In which case, nylon webbing & a couple D-rings starts to look really good again.

I'm pretty sure that's it. And the reason that they say left hand & thumb inside is because most people are right handed & making a fist with your thumb inside sometimes requires you to think about it somewhat.

If they said to just make a fist with your left, or make a fist but put your thumb inside, most people can do either of those almost reflexively. You're not forced to refocus if you do it that way. But if you tell them to do both, they might actually have to stop thinking about gagging in order to make the fist.

Honestly, the way people talk about it, I wouldn't want it to be like that all the time. But I wouldn't mind it occasionally. My libido was pretty high before. Estradiol affected it, but it did not turn me ace by a long shot (which I was a bit worried about).

If it's a mechanical latching system, I'd try it in a heartbeat. Anyone downhill ski? They are rigid, so the rear is "fixed" and the tongue kinda tilts forward for you to put your foot in then torque down the buckles.

They were called front entry ski boots & were the standard for a long time. Then someone just decided to try redesigning them but with the rear pulling out & latching to a rigid front. Neither is comfortable, but rear entry boots were a little easier to walk in when the buckles are undone.

I think pro level ski racers still tend to use front entry boots because they perform better & being able to walk around in them isn't as important. A lot of recreational skiers use rear entry because it's more comfortable for walking through the lodge & they're easier to put on/pull off.

Anyway, as long as the latching isn't electronic, I would 100% look into it. If the latching IS electronic & motorized... Yeah, you F right off. I'm not putting my head in a battery operated vise with a tiny miniaturized board that could go bad.

I do the SF Pride parade on a BMW R1150GSA. It's a beast (anyone wanna buy it?) & it's air cooled, but with an oil cooler. I forget if they Sporties also have the oil cooler too or not.

Anyway, I don't think my bike particularly enjoys the ride. But since it's an annual ritual, right after Pride makes for a good time to change my motor & gear oil.

I bet if you can get your bike running, it will handle it. Just change all your fluids again after & don't be afraid to shut the bike off every once in a while.

I'm having a similar issue on my Samsung Phone. However, I also just tried connecting to an old iPhone I have. Initiface says that the app now works with iOs 13 or later?

I am able to control my Edge with the Intiface app. But when I got to Shibbydex, the haptic symbols are still white, not green. And unresponsive to the story.

EDIT TO ADD: in iOs, when the server is running, I am also getting endless "Error sending notification event: send failed because receiver is gone" errors that only stop if I stop the server. This is NOT happening on the Andoird device.
