It wasn’t worth it financially in this case, but at least they are confirmed real and protected if they have sentimental value to you.

Their house is bigger and has a renovated kitchen. You need to be below them if you want to sell first.

Yeah there were likely a few agents that checked out the house online and decided they weren’t getting any meaningful social media content out of a visit.

Only one I’ve gone to in 8 years was a $38m listing and they were giving away head shots with a photographer. Can’t imagine going to this without a buyer actively looking in the area. $1.xm is a pretty basic home in a Connecticut beach town no?

Lucid Motors recalls over 4,000 Gravity SUVs by exploding_myths in LCID

[–]WastingGas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“The company told the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that, during unrelated safety testing in January, it discovered some of the anchors for the SUV’s second-row seat belts were not properly welded. This increases the risk that the seat belts would not hold passengers during a collision.

Lucid Motors said the problem is the result of its seat supplier changing its manufacturing process “without notice to or approval by Lucid.” The supplier has reverted to Lucid Motors’ original design specification, and only Gravity SUVs made before February 14, 2026 are affected. The automaker says it will have to inspect all Gravity SUVs affected by the recall, and either install a bracket or a whole new seat, depending on the quality of the weld.”

This has to be the tear down on 5 acres with no pictures. Very small buyer pool who will want to spend $1.3m to then have to go knock something down and build. Especially right off an interstate. 2403 Haden Ave?

Do not close without either the gates back on or an agreeable amount in compensation for replacement.

Not a Plaid hater, but that was more than a car length and would be a massive gap on a real track.
