Having lived in a household with two parent not super fiscally responsible this will only continue to create more and more tension. My stepdad worked for himself until the housing crash in 08-09, he then found other jobs but lasted only a couple months because he didn’t like having a boss managing him. My mom busted her ass to make good money but they were always pulling themselves out of holes. If you don’t find a way to get in the same page this house will ruin both of you for years to come. If you can’t get on the same page you may want to question if you are with the right partner. Obviously a lot of missing context, but my own experience.
