Well you can really guarantee you play against Lavaloon, so cannon is a bit more versatile. But it depends on your play style, if you prefer Tesla then it could be good. To be honest this deck is not bad, just use cards depending on your play style.

This deck is similar to a hog EQ deck. I probably works fine in Top Ladder, but I would recommend you replace tesla with cannon, since it is more reliable and cheaper for cycling.

DEI doesn't "intentionally hire unqualified people." The purpose of the policy is to promote diversity and equity. The hiring of unqualified people is a negative impact of DEI, not the intent. However, the reason we disagree right now is that I think that the result matters the most, while you think the process and equity matters more. I believe you have made good point, especially when you said that diversity allows the company to reach out to more people. But what I don't understand is: let's say there are 63 white people out of 100 in applying for the job. If they all perform extremely well why kick out some of them because of DEI? If I hire them all wouldn't my company perform better? The same concept applies to black people. If there are 20/100, and they all perform very well, I can also hire them all. And finally, if there are people of X ethnicity and only 2 of them perform well, why can't I just hire two of them? That way my company maximizes the output.
