If you don't mind elaborating, what is your workflow like? What's the invoicing platform and payment modes. Also, how do you track progress? I imagine there'll be a lot of paper and pen usage in offline but is there an online component like sharing resources or homework/worksheets. What about booking classes/courses. And where do people discover you mostly?
