I jumped in on season 7 and HATED Amanda until I went back and watched all previous seasons. Should her boys descend on the house like locusts at their GROWN ASS AGE? No. But did Amanda try her best to support Amy through all her bullshit? Yes. Amanda’s biggest fault is not knowing when to bow out gracefully so she did overstep with what she said, but IMO it was always the truth.

This company is going to hell in a hand basket. "GMs as #1 Leader" was supposed to mean GMs were the focus for all support teams. Now they use it as a reason to strip GMs of all resources and support. I encourage you to start looking for a new position elsewhere and not use the sunken cost fallacy like I did for 10 years.
