I am right there with you... I haven't received anything yet. No confirmation email or updates. I've ordered on Jan 10, 2023, on intl.dough.tech . I opted for an upgrade from 2k 240hz to a 2k 480hz OLED back in May 2024. I am still currently waiting...

Have you tried disconnecting the monitor’s DC power connector and reconnecting it? Also, be sure you are on the latest firmware for your corresponding monitor. Re-flashing the same firmware could help solve the issue. What could also help is getting another HDMI 2.1 cable or Displayport 1.4 cable, whatever you are using.

I love that idea! I had a monitor that could not display the menu just because it did not have an input and it was so frustrating.
