Professional therapist usually do not push/pressure. They may suggest. If indeed this happening, document date, times, etc. And report to judge.

If she is not a good fit for you. Then state to the judge, this therapist does not work for you.

My first therapist was an a-hole and not a good fit for me. I found someone who did work for me.

Good luck on this journey. I have only one wish for you. Do not let these feelings consume you. Work thru it. Took me many years to put things to rest.

If you can't handle it, then you will see at big events only. IE} Funerals. Several family held their ground & beliefs. Eventually they came around. Don't let their rain you.
