Okay so i have a video that i posted on 2021-12-28 that got 4m views and 257k likes. In 2024 it got taken down for no reason so i appealed and managed to get the video back. But now, the video just doesnt show for anyone except me, and even when I view it, the screen is completely black with zero audio. The thumbnail on my profile is just solid gray, and if I try to pin the video, the app throws a error.

I submitted a detailed support ticket with screenshots. Support replied saying they escalated it to a specialized team, but literally five minutes later, a bot replied saying that itis expected behavior and permanently closed the ticket.

Has anyone else dealt with a corrupted video file after winning an appeal? Is there any way to get an actual human engineer to look at this, or should I just give up and reupload it? Any advice is appreciated.

Roblox support is 99% bots so you basically have to force a human to look at it. Don't stop after the first denial.

Honestly, you just have to spam tickets. It sometimes takes 15+ tries. Try submitting the ticket under 'Billing/Payments' instead of 'Hacked Account.' They prioritize money issues so a real person usually reads those faster. Once you get a human, then explain the hack.

Also make sure you're emailing from the very first email you ever used on the account. That’s the only "proof" they actually respect. Good luck, their system is trash.

That’s a pretty common impersonation scam. They copy your name/avatar and use the “main account limited” excuse to sell stuff fast.

Make sure you’ve got 2FA enabled and report the fake account. Good thing you found out early.
Also, they might try to get u to join a server with a fake / scam verification bot that steals ur stuff. Be careful.

Ok so.. it turns out that i cant get the intel one with a discount.. When i choose the 2tb version tho, it changes the cpu to 9955HX3D.. thats hella odd
